Project Overview
This project is the latest stage of a large mixed-use residential and commercial development in central Brisbane, brought to life by renowned Australian developers Payce and Sekisui House Australia. It will be the fifth residential tower within the community and, once completed, will be the tallest building in the precinct, with 22 storeys and 148 apartments. Its design was conceived during the pandemic, and as a result incorporates many "people-first" principles.
· A more thoughtful, human-centred interior layout – every floor plan includes a separate study
· A lifestyle closer to nature – residents can freely choose their balcony type and select greenery
· More personalised interior colour schemes – five wallpaper colour options for residents to choose from, creating a uniquely comfortable and individual space
· Superior shared facilities – the rooftop and podium levels feature Japanese gardens, swimming pools (one on the rooftop and one on the podium level), a cinema, a dining/entertaining room, private studios and more
Feature 1: The largest community project in the inner city
Spanning 2.6 hectares, this is currently the largest community project in the inner city. It also forms part of the West End regeneration project in Brisbane, which restores and refurbishes heritage buildings and incorporates them into the community, presenting them to the public in a fresh new form — not only unlocking their remaining commercial value but also enriching residents' lives. In addition, the project will enjoy a more established community atmosphere and more convenient surrounding amenities. At present, Brisbane's largest first-of-its-kind Woolworths flagship store, the hugely popular Harris Farm Markets, BWS, TerryWhite Chemmart, a Goodlife 24-hour gym and numerous trending restaurants have already opened. In the future, the community will welcome many more distinctive shops, dining venues and additional resident amenities.
Factory Lane, Peters Square, Peters Lane and the public areas offer more than 30 great spots for cafés, dining, leisure and entertainment. Whether you're catching up with family and friends, enjoying a coffee, strolling through the greenery, taking in an evening film or heading out for a quiet drink at a bar on your own, this project gives you more choices.
Feature 2: Extensive greenery — living in a city garden
Almost 40% of the project is dedicated to green space, making residents feel as though they are living in a garden. Lush greenery combines with laneways you'll never want to leave, while the carefully arranged commercial and residential areas are complementary yet independent. Residents can not only enjoy the vibrant energy of a bustling city but also find "poetry and distant horizons" among the leafy greenery.
Feature 3: Located in a premium school catchment with abundant education resources
The project sits within the catchment of Brisbane State High School, Queensland's top-ranked public high school, and the primary school catchment of West End State School, which scores 99. It is also just a stone's throw from Brisbane's renowned girls' school, Somerville House, and boys' school, St Laurence's College. In addition, the project is surrounded by a range of tertiary institutions — the QUT Gardens Point campus, the Griffith University College of Art and the South Bank TAFE are all within walking distance, and there is a direct bus service to the University of Queensland.
Investment Outlook
Brisbane is the capital of Queensland, Australia, located in the country's north-east, bordered by the Sunshine Coast to the north and the international tourist destination of the Gold Coast to the south. Brisbane is a rapidly growing city with a population of more than 2.15 million, making it Australia's third-largest metropolitan area.
Research by CoreLogic shows that property prices in Brisbane's inner city have surged over the past decade, with West End leading the way — its median value rising from A$493,000 in 2006 to A$1,140,000 today.
With an average house price of over A$1,000,000, Brisbane's inner-city West End has reached twice the overall average house price for Brisbane, clearly demonstrating the vital role West End plays in Brisbane's thriving property market. Over the past decade (2009 to 2019), the population of the West End area has almost doubled, and Australian Bureau of Statistics data indicates that the area will require 16,740 new dwellings over the next 20 years. As the resident population continues to grow, so too will more mature and comprehensive infrastructure.
