Project Overview
This project is the latest stage of a large mixed-use residential and commercial development in central Brisbane, developed by renowned Australian builder-developers Payce and Sekisui House Australia. It will be the fifth residential tower in the community and, once completed, will be the tallest building in the community, with 22 storeys and 148 residences. Its design was conceived during the pandemic, and as a result incorporates many "people-first" ideas.
· A more thoughtful, people-centred interior layout– every floor plan includes a separate study
· A lifestyle closer to nature– owners can freely choose their balcony type and select greenery
· More personalised interior colour schemes– five wallpaper colour schemes for owners to choose from, creating a unique and comfortable personal space
· More comprehensive shared facilities– the rooftop and podium levels feature Japanese gardens, swimming pools (one on the rooftop and one on the podium level), a cinema, a function room, independent studios and more
Feature 1: The largest community project in the inner city
The project covers 2.6 hectares, making it the largest community project in the inner city at present. It is also part of a broader upgrade and redevelopment of Brisbane's West End, restoring and renovating old buildings and integrating them into the community, presenting them in a fresh form. This not only unlocks their remaining commercial value but also enriches residents' cultural life. To date, Brisbane's largest first-of-its-kind Woolworths flagship store, the hugely popular Harris Farm Markets, BWS, TerryWhite pharmacy, Goodlife 24-hour gym and numerous popular restaurants have already opened.
Factory Lane, Peters Square, Peters Lane and the surrounding public areas offer more than 30 great spots for coffee, dining, leisure and entertainment. Whether you're catching up with family and friends, enjoying a coffee, strolling through the greenery, heading out to a movie in the evening or simply going for a quiet drink at a bar on your own, this project gives you plenty of choice.
Feature 2: A high proportion of greenery — living within a city garden
Nearly 40% of the project is dedicated to green space, making residents feel as though they are living in a garden. Lush green areas combine with inviting laneways, while carefully arranged commercial and residential zones sit comfortably alongside one another yet remain independent. Residents can fully enjoy the vibrant energy of the bustling city, as well as a sense of "poetry and faraway places" among the trees and greenery.
Feature 3: In a quality school catchment with rich education resources
The project is within the catchment of Brisbane State High School, and the primary school catchment is West End State School, which scores 99. It is also just a short distance from Brisbane's well-known Somerville House girls' school and St Laurence's College boys' school. In addition, the project is surrounded by various higher-education institutions, within walking distance of the Queensland University of Technology Gardens Point campus, the Griffith University College of Art, and South Bank TAFE. Buses run directly from the project site to the University of Queensland.
Area Overview
Brisbane is the capital city of Queensland, Australia, located in the country's north-east, bordered by the Sunshine Coast to the north and the international tourist destination of the Gold Coast to the south. Brisbane is a rapidly growing city with a population of over 2.15 million, making it Australia's third-largest metropolitan area by population.
Research from CoreLogic shows that house prices in Brisbane's inner city have grown strongly over the past decade, with West End leading the way — its median rising from A$493,000 in 2006 to A$1,140,000 today.
With an average house price of over A$1,000,000, West End in Brisbane's inner city has reached twice Brisbane's overall average house price, clearly demonstrating the pivotal position West End holds in Brisbane's thriving property market.
