This project is a large-scale integrated commercial and residential development, brought to life through a powerful partnership between renowned Australian developers Payce and Sekisui House Australia. Four times the size of Payce's East Village in Zetland (a key development precinct in central Sydney), it offers boundless potential for future capital growth.

The project's design team drew inspiration from many of the world's most captivating cities, including New York, Copenhagen and Barcelona, to create this one-of-a-kind landmark precinct. The project covers 26,000 m². The first stage is nearing completion and will deliver 1,200 apartments, retail shops and a cultural and entertainment precinct. The development will be built across three stages: Stage 1, accounting for 40% of the total project area, will be completed by the end of 2018. Retail and the next residential building will be delivered in Stage 2, expected to be completed in 2020.
