Sunnybank Hills Townhouse

This project aims to create a warm, close-knit and harmonious community, and will comprise 26 distinctive boutique townhouses. The architects have employed subtle design elements, details and textures to create a unified and harmonious townhouse community, giving residents a professionally managed and complete community environment where they can feel both independent and part of a warm community.

The colour tones, material shapes and finishes used in each townhouse can be chosen by the owners themselves, allowing them to create a warm home that differs from the display suite through their own understanding of what a home should be. The harmonious combination of steel, timber and brick, paired with modern composite panels, creates a striking contrast and produces a refined appearance that stands the test of time.

All townhouses have a ceiling height of 2.7 m. In addition, every bedroom has a built-in or walk-in robe, all areas are air-conditioned, and each home has a first-floor balcony. As you step into the kitchen, you are greeted by a modern design and fit-out in neutral tones, including marble kitchen benchtops, premium tapware and a gas cooktop. The appliances throughout are from the Bosch range, combining aesthetics with practicality.

Sunnybank Hills is located approximately 16 km south of the Brisbane CBD. One of Brisbane's multicultural hubs, it is well served by entertainment and retail facilities. There are several major shopping centres, including Sunnybank Plaza, Sunnybank Hills Shopping Centre and one of Brisbane's largest shopping centres — Westfield.

The area has a rich and diverse mix of families and international students from many countries. Set among parks and picnic areas, the project offers all the essential amenities for daily life, as convenient as your own private courtyard. A wide variety of restaurants, small shops, butchers and supermarkets provide residents here with a convenient living environment.
