Sunnybank Hills Townhouses

Designed to foster a warm and closely connected community, this project will comprise 26 distinctive, boutique townhouses. The architects have employed subtle design choices, details and textures to create a unified and harmonious townhouse community, providing residents with a cohesively managed and complete community environment where they feel both independent and embraced by the warmth of the neighbourhood.

The colour palette, materials, shapes and finishes of each townhouse can be selected by the owner, allowing them to create a warm and personal home—distinct from the display suite—through their own vision of what home means. A harmonious combination of steel, timber and brick, paired with contemporary alloy panels, creates a striking contrast and a refined look that stands the test of time.

All townhouses feature a ceiling height of 2.7 m. In addition, every bedroom includes built-in or walk-in storage, air conditioning is provided throughout, and each home has a first-floor balcony. As you step into the kitchen, you are greeted by a modern design in neutral tones, featuring marble benchtops, premium tapware and a gas cooktop. The appliances throughout the home are from the Bosch range, combining style with practicality.

Sunnybank Hills is located approximately 16 km south of Brisbane's CBD. As one of Brisbane's multicultural hubs, it offers excellent entertainment and retail facilities. There are several major shopping centres, including Sunnybank Plaza, Sunnybank Hills Shoppingtown and one of Brisbane's largest shopping centres – the Westfield mega mall.
