Brand-new townhouse in a Chinese community area

This project is designed to create a warm and close-knit harmonious community, comprising 26 distinctive boutique townhouses. The architects have employed subtle designs, details and textures to create a unified and harmonious townhouse community, providing residents with a cohesively managed and complete community environment that offers both a sense of independence and the warmth of community.

The colour tones, material shapes and finishes used in each townhouse can be freely chosen by the owner, allowing them to create a perfect, warm home that differs from the display suite according to their own understanding of home. The harmonious combination of steel, timber and brick, paired with modern alloy panels, forms a striking contrast to create a refined appearance that stands the test of time.

All townhouses have a ceiling height of 2.7 metres. In addition, every bedroom features a built-in or walk-in wardrobe, all areas are air-conditioned, and each home has a first-floor balcony. As you step into the kitchen, you are greeted by a modern design and finish in neutral tones, including a marble benchtop, premium tapware and a gas cooktop.
