This project sits next to the University of Southern Queensland and is surrounded by several quality public and private schools. A total investment of A$85 billion is being directed into developing Springfield (the Silicon Valley of the Southern Hemisphere), Australia's fastest-growing area, which is expected to create more than 30,000 new jobs by 2030.

The project is located near the Centenary Highway, a 32-minute drive to the Brisbane CBD, 40 minutes to Brisbane Airport and 50 minutes to the Gold Coast.

Those who have established themselves in the Parkside precinct include the GE headquarters, Springfield Tower, the Polaris Data Centre and the Park Avenue apartments.
