This project is the final work of GREGO'SHEA, a renowned Australian architect known for landscape design. His designs are simple yet warm, unified yet expressive. His works have stood the test of time, and this project is named after his surname as a tribute to his memory and in admiration of his legacy.

The project is situated at the hilltop centre of St. Lucia, covering an area of approximately 114 hectares and comprising 28 luxury, fully finished townhouses. Bordered by the river on three sides, the site takes in beautiful views of the Brisbane CBD, the Brisbane bridges and Mt. Coot-tha.
