This project is the final work of GREGO'SHEA, Australia's renowned landscape architect. His designs are simple yet warm, unified yet uninhibited. His works have stood the test of time, and this project is named after his surname as an expression of remembrance and admiration for him.

This project is situated at the central hilltop position of St. Lucia, occupying approximately 114 hectares, and comprises 28 luxurious, fully finished townhouses. The location is bordered by river on three sides, perfectly capturing the beautiful views of the Brisbane CBD, the Brisbane bridges and Mt. Coot-tha! Each house is three storeys, featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 multi-purpose room, an entertainment area and a living room. The unique design of the ground floor includes not only a garage and storage room, but also a premium private lift, enhancing convenience and comfort of living.

The exterior building materials consist of exquisite copper facing and silver-grey travertine, combined with a flute-style curtain shape design, being both minimalist and elegant while full of character.
