Brisbane's Rochedale area has been one of the key development zones prioritised by the Queensland Government since 2012. Property prices in the area have risen year on year over the past four years, with the average house price reaching A$960,000 in the first half of 2016. As the government's urban plan is further implemented and targeted investment continues, the area remains a focus for property developers across Queensland, with numerous new civic centres, shopping and entertainment venues, large shopping centres, and road upgrade projects all progressing in a coordinated manner.

It is within walking distance of Rochedale State School and secondary school, just a 12-minute drive from Griffith University, with convenient public transport and everyday amenities.
