The project is located in Redbank Plains, an area situated between Springfield and Ipswich, with both communities within 10 minutes' reach, allowing residents to enjoy a range of community amenities. It is close to two train stations and the motorway, reaching the CBD in 30 minutes and Brisbane Airport in 35 minutes, with the Gold Coast CBD just a one-hour drive away.

Once completed, the project will accommodate more than 1,200 families. It features a children's play area, a basketball court, and a barbecue and picnic area.

Feature 2: Comprehensive surrounding educational facilities

The project is surrounded by numerous childcare centres, schools and universities. Within a five-kilometre radius of the community, you will find 8 childcare centres. The project is immediately adjacent to a primary school, and within a 3 km radius the public schools include Redbank State School and Redbank Plains State High School. There are also many private schools nearby, including Staines Memorial College, West Moreton Anglican College, St Mary's College (girls), St Peters Anglican College Springfield, Ipswich Junior Grammar School, Ipswich Grammar School (boys) and St Augustine's College. Five kilometres away is the University of Southern Queensland Springfield campus, and it is 12.5 km by car to the University of Southern Queensland Ipswich campus.
