Feature 1: Comprehensive development with unlimited future potential

Logan Reserve and its surrounding areas are a key focus of the government's A$134.2 billion investment program, giving them enormous development potential. The location is outstanding: closely connected to Brisbane's dense city transport network, with the M1, Logan and Mount Lindesay motorways all passing through Park Ridge. It also intersects with the rail line running from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. As a key government investment project, more infrastructure works are getting underway, such as the Distillery Road Market and the Logan Hospital Extension. To meet the rapid population growth in key areas like Park Ridge, a brand-new commercial precinct will be created in the future, and this project is just across the road from it.

Logan Reserve currently has a planned future shopping centre that will include medical services, a gym, retail, dining and more to meet everyday needs. Within a ten-minute drive you can also reach Browns Plains Plaza, a large shopping centre bringing together electronics stores, homeware outlets, department stores and more.

Feature 2: Employment opportunities so you can live and work in the same place

As a key government investment target, Logan Reserve saw the government confirm in 2020 an investment of A$1.5 billion to build a brand-new industrial estate. Over the next five years, a logistics, warehousing and manufacturing hub capable of accommodating 6,000 people will be completed in the south-east. At the same time, the government is investing A$512 million to expand the entire surrounding motorway network and ease peak-hour congestion. This will create at least 6,000 jobs.

Logan Reserve is located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, only around 10 km from the Chinese communities of Calamvale and Sunnybank Hills. Within a ten-minute drive of the project there are more than ten educational institutions, ranging from kindergartens to universities. It is just a 10-minute drive from Canterbury College, one of southern Brisbane's renowned private schools, a 15-minute drive from the well-known private school John Paul College, a 13-minute drive from Griffith University's Logan campus, and only a 25-minute drive from its main campus.
