Project Overview
Greenbank is located to the south-west of Brisbane, within Logan City, and is one of the residential areas that has seen ongoing development along Brisbane's south-western corridor in recent years. It retains a good amount of green space and a relatively spacious living environment, while nearby schools, shopping, community and transport amenities are also steadily improving.
Feature 1: Established amenities close at hand
The Park Ridge Town Centre is just a 5-minute drive from the project. As one of the area's main shopping centres, it features the two major supermarkets Woolworths and Coles, along with fresh produce, a pharmacy, dining, cafés, beauty services and other everyday lifestyle retailers.
The Park Ridge Family Practice is also located within Park Ridge Town Centre, bringing shopping, medical care, pharmacy and dining together within the one lifestyle hub. For families living within the project, everyday grocery and household shopping, dining out and attending to basic daily needs are all very convenient.
Beyond Park Ridge Town Centre, the project also enjoys convenient access to the Browns Plains commercial precinct. Browns Plains is a well-established commercial hub between the northern part of Logan and Brisbane's south, where the Grand Plaza Shopping Centre brings together large-scale retail, supermarkets, dining, entertainment and everyday services.
When travelling from Greenbank to Sunnybank and Calamvale, Browns Plains is also one of the key connecting areas. This means the shopping options around the project aren't limited to a single shopping centre, but instead form a fairly complete southern-suburbs lifestyle and commercial corridor: Park Ridge → Browns Plains → Calamvale → Sunnybank.
Feature 2: Easy access to established Chinese communities
One practical advantage of the project for Chinese families is its relatively convenient access to the main Chinese community hubs in Brisbane's southern suburbs.
From the project, you can head north along the Mount Lindesay Highway to connect with areas such as Browns Plains, Calamvale, Sunnybank and Stretton.
The Mount Lindesay Highway is a key north–south road linking Brisbane's southern suburbs, Browns Plains, Park Ridge and southern Logan.
Via this road network, you can further connect to Browns Plains, Calamvale, Sunnybank, Acacia Ridge, the Logan Motorway and the Gateway Motorway. So for families needing to travel to Brisbane's southern suburbs for work, shopping or the school run, daily travel routes are fairly direct. These areas are among the most established for Chinese lifestyle amenities in Brisbane's south, offering a large number of Asian supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, Asian dining, Chinese professional services and other everyday amenities.
Feature 3: Surrounding road network continuing to be upgraded
As the population of Greenbank and its surrounding areas grows, Logan City Council is also planning and progressing regional road upgrades.
For example, Crowson Lane is earmarked for future widening and a westward extension to connect with Teviot Road. The Council has noted that one of the goals of the relevant works is to improve east–west traffic connections for Greenbank and its surrounds, and to create a road network with a more direct connection to the Mount Lindesay Highway. As the population grows, regional transport infrastructure is also being progressively developed.
Feature 4: Large-scale community master plan
The whole community is being delivered in stages, with a total of 5 stages and 233 residential lots planned, predominantly brand-new detached houses, gradually forming a complete family-oriented residential community. The first 3 stages have already been completed and residents have moved in; the Stage 4 land has also been handed over, with homes currently under construction; the stage now officially being released is Stage 5.
The homes are configured to a Full Turnkey standard, with the goal of being "ready to move in or rent out on completion". Depending on the specific floor plan and builder configuration, the package can include flooring, air conditioning, curtains, driveway, fencing, lawn and basic landscaping — the items actually needed for use after handover — reducing the hassle of additional fit-out once the home is built.
