Project Overview

Greenbank is located to the south-west of Brisbane, within Logan City, and is one of the residential areas along Brisbane's south-western corridor that has seen ongoing development in recent years. It retains a good deal of green space and a relatively spacious living environment, while the surrounding schools, shopping, community and transport facilities are also gradually being improved.

Feature 1: Established amenities close at hand

Park Ridge Town Centre is just a 5-minute drive from the project. It is one of the area's main shopping centres, with two major supermarkets, Woolworths and Coles, along with fresh food outlets, a pharmacy, dining, cafés, beauty services and other everyday service businesses.

The Park Ridge Family Practice is also located within Park Ridge Town Centre, bringing shopping, medical appointments, pharmacy and dining together within the same lifestyle hub. For families living at the project, it is convenient for everyday grocery and household shopping, dining out, or attending to basic daily needs.

In addition to Park Ridge Town Centre, the project is also within easy reach of the Browns Plains commercial district. Browns Plains is a relatively established commercial hub between northern Logan and southern Brisbane, where Grand Plaza Shopping Centre brings together large-scale retail, supermarkets, dining, entertainment and everyday services.

Browns Plains is also one of the key connecting areas when travelling from Greenbank to Sunnybank and Calamvale. This means the shopping options around the project are not limited to a single centre, but instead form a fairly complete southern-suburbs lifestyle and commercial corridor: Park Ridge → Browns Plains → Calamvale → Sunnybank.

Feature 2: Easy access to an established Chinese community hub

One practical point for Chinese families is that the project offers relatively easy access to the main Chinese community areas in Brisbane's southern suburbs.

From the project, you can travel north along Mount Lindesay Highway to connect with areas such as Browns Plains, Calamvale, Sunnybank and Stretton.

Mount Lindesay Highway is an important north–south route connecting Brisbane's southern suburbs, Browns Plains, Park Ridge and southern Logan.

Through this road network, you can further connect to Browns Plains, Calamvale, Sunnybank, Acacia Ridge, the Logan Motorway and the Gateway Motorway. As a result, daily travel routes are fairly direct for families who need to get to work, shop or take children to school in Brisbane's southern suburbs. These areas have very well-established Chinese amenities in Brisbane's south, with a large number of Asian supermarkets, Chinese restaurants, Asian dining options, Chinese professional service providers and other lifestyle amenities.

Feature 3: The surrounding road network is still being upgraded

As the population of Greenbank and the surrounding areas grows, Logan City Council is also planning and progressing upgrades to the area's roads.

For example, Crowson Lane is planned to be widened in future and extended westward to connect with Teviot Road. The Council notes that one of the aims of these works is to improve east–west traffic connections in Greenbank and the surrounding areas, and to form a road network with a more direct link to Mount Lindesay Highway. As the population grows, the area's transport infrastructure is gradually being brought up to standard.

Feature 4: A large master-planned community

The community is being developed in stages, with a total of 5 stages and 233 residential lots planned, made up primarily of brand-new detached houses, gradually forming a complete family-oriented residential community. The first 3 stages have been completed and residents have already moved in; the Stage 4 land has also been handed over, with homes currently under construction; the stage now officially being released is Stage 5.

The homes are configured to a Full Turnkey delivery standard, with the aim that they are "ready to move in or rent out on completion". Depending on the floor plan and the builder's specific inclusions, the package may cover items needed for practical use after handover, such as flooring, air conditioning, curtains, driveway, fencing, lawn and basic landscaping, reducing the hassle of additional fit-out once the home is built.

Location Details

The project is located in Greenbank on the side closer to Park Ridge, providing convenient access to Park Ridge, Browns Plains and the established living precincts of Brisbane's southern suburbs. The surrounding area already has shopping centres, schools, medical facilities and everyday amenities, with Park Ridge Town Centre being relatively close by. Via major roads, you can also reach Calamvale, Stretton, Sunnybank and other areas with a concentration of amenities catering to the Chinese community. Overall, the location combines the relatively spacious living environment of Greenbank with the established convenience of the southern suburbs.
