This project is a world-class residential development on the Gold Coast, created jointly by an Australian entertainment giant together with Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook — three major conglomerates. Designed entirely by the renowned firm DBI, it is the first casino apartment project ever offered for sale to the public in Australia. According to the developer's survey and analysis of the area, a one-bedroom apartment without a sea view, for example, has a minimum low-season rental of A$318 per day, while both one- and two-bedroom apartments in the short-term rental market achieve occupancy rates above 65%.
