This project is a residential development on the Gold Coast created jointly by Australia's entertainment giant together with Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook, three major conglomerates, and fully designed by renowned firm DBI. The project combines a casino, shopping, dining and a hotel. After Stage 1 was released to the market at the end of 2017, it was met with strong demand; several popular floor plans sold out on the launch day, and all have now been sold.

Feature 2: Convenient Location

The project is located in the Broadbeach area of the Gold Coast, adjacent to Pacific Fair and connected to the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Downstairs you can go directly to the casino leisure and entertainment precinct, which brings together a theatre, restaurants and bars. In addition, the project is close to the light rail station, bus stops and the Gold Coast Highway, the main artery of the Gold Coast, and it is an 800 m walk to the Gold Coast beach, where you can enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze. The project will also establish a sky bridge within the master-planned area linking Pacific Fair and the Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Feature 3: Facilities

The project has 63 storeys in total. Levels 8–19 are planned as a five-star hotel with 209 hotel rooms, expected to be operated under a Starwood hotel brand; Levels 21–63 comprise 457 apartment residences. Levels 20 and 21 feature an owners-only leisure and entertainment centre, with facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, gym, spa, yoga room, children's playground, restaurant, barbecue area, theatre and bar.

Feature 4: Strong Rental Area

The Gold Coast currently has a population of over 590,000; 13 million tourists visit the Gold Coast each year; as at September 2018, 11.2 million domestic Australian visitors travelled to the Gold Coast per year, almost half the entire Australian population; and on average nearly 6,000 tourists from China visit the Gold Coast each week. As a well-known area of the Gold Coast, Broadbeach is one of the key destinations for visitors to the Gold Coast. According to the developer's survey and analysis of the area, taking a one-bedroom apartment without a sea view as an example, the minimum off-peak rent is A$318 per day, while both one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments have occupancy rates above 65% in the short-term rental market.

The Gold Coast light rail (G:link) has opened its full line from Helensvale to Burleigh Heads, spanning 27 km with 27 stations.

Located in the south-east of Queensland, the Gold Coast is now one of the fastest-growing cities in Australia.
