This project is located in the southern part of the renowned Broadbeach on Australia's Gold Coast. As one of Australia's most popular tourist and holiday destinations, the Gold Coast attracts over 13 million domestic and international visitors each year. In 2017, international visitor numbers grew by 8.1%, reaching a record high. On average, international visitors spend A$6.5 million each year, with an average stay of 3.2 days per person.

The Gold Coast has more than 57 km of continuous coastline, of which Broadbeach forms one section, adjacent to the Gold Coast city area.

In 2018, the residential vacancy rate in this area was only 2.1%, with many communities offering well-developed infrastructure. Over the past 25 years, the population has increased by 44%. Over the past 20 years, the employment rate has grown by 44.3%.

Broadbeach hosts a wide range of cultural and sporting events throughout the year. The Blues music festival, held for four consecutive years, has attracted more than 2 million participants in total, while the annual Broadbeach Country Music Festival has drawn over 50,000 participants over the past three years. There is also the well-known Supanova film festival, one of the events held each year at the Gold Coast Convention Centre.

Area Overview

Broadbeach is located in the core beachfront area of the Gold Coast, surrounded by shopping centres, restaurants and a variety of leisure and entertainment facilities. This project is just one block from the beach, with an integrated shopping plaza and two entertainment centres only a few minutes' walk away. For destinations a little further from home, public transport is convenient, including buses and the city light rail, with the Broadbeach South tram stop and bus stop within walking distance.

In recent years, the government has scheduled various large-scale international events on the Gold Coast during the off-peak season — triathlons, international marathons, motor racing and more — ensuring tourism activity on the Gold Coast throughout the year.

Gold Coast infrastructure project plans:

 - A$670 million upgrade and renovation of Pacific Fair shopping centre;

 - A$2.3 billion to upgrade and expand local transport facilities;

 - A$300 million to refurbish and upgrade Gold Coast Airport, among others.

This project is waterfront and adjacent to an integrated business and shopping district.

Broadbeach is a major commercial hub on the Gold Coast, home to the Pacific Fair shopping centre, the Gold Coast Convention Centre and The Star casino and entertainment resort. The project is just 150 m from Broadbeach, with the Gold Coast light rail running through the area, offering convenient public transport and comfortable, convenient living.

Project overview:

- The apartment building has 35 storeys, with a range of floor plans to choose from, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, totalling 263 units;
