This project is located on the Gold Coast, developed jointly by The Star Entertainment Group in partnership with Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook, with design by DBI.

The project comprises 53 storeys:

Levels 21-53 are residential apartments, totalling 423 units;

There are 296 hotel apartments across levels 7-19 (not for sale);

518 car spaces, available for separate purchase: $45,000 per single space, $75,000 per double space;

It includes 1,589 m² of commercial space, comprising food and beverage services and branded franchise stores.

This project is located in the Broadbeach area of the Gold Coast, right next to Queensland's largest Pacific Fair shopping centre, and closely connected to Australia's largest convention centre. Downstairs, you can head straight into The Star casino entertainment precinct, which brings together theatres, restaurants and bars. In addition, the project is next to the light rail station, bus stops and the Gold Coast Highway, the main arterial road of the Gold Coast, and it is an 800 m walk to the Gold Coast beach, where you can enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze.
