The Gold Coast is a holiday and tourist destination, with 62 kilometres of coastline, 42 kilometres of golden beaches and year-round sunshine — a surfers' paradise.

This project is a residential development on the Gold Coast, created jointly by an Australian entertainment giant together with Far East Consortium and Chow Tai Fook, and designed entirely by the renowned DBI.

1. Population growth

Over the past year, the number of visitors to the Gold Coast grew almost more than twice that of the Sunshine Coast, and also far exceeded the growth of Brisbane.

2. Infrastructure

The Gold Coast has well-developed public facilities in healthcare, transport, culture and education.

Among these, the Gold Coast will build a A$1.6 billion light rail project — running through some of the most densely populated areas. The project connects the city's commercial, health, education, tourism and cultural centres, running 13 kilometres along the route with 16 stations.

3. Investment returns

Queensland's average annual economic growth rate is the second highest in Australia, and its workforce accounts for 20.3% of the national workforce. The Gold Coast, located in south-east Queensland, has now become one of the fastest-growing cities in Australia. Economic growth and a surging population have in turn driven an active rental market, with strong demand for both short-term and long-term rental housing.

According to the latest REIQ data: as of the fourth quarter of last year, the rental vacancy rate on the Gold Coast fell again from 1.9% in the third quarter to 1.1%, making it one of the hardest areas in Queensland to find a rental property.

REIQ director Antonia Mercorella said: "The Gold Coast's growth over these five years has been remarkable, and I'm not surprised that this area has become the hottest rental market in Queensland. The data shows that if you want to rent a 3-bedroom house or a 2-bedroom apartment, the Gold Coast has the highest rents in Queensland."

This project is located in the Broadbeach area of the Gold Coast, adjacent to Queensland's largest Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and closely connected to Australia's largest convention centre. Downstairs, you have direct access to the Jupiters Casino entertainment precinct, home to theatres, restaurants and bars. In addition, the project is close to the light rail station, bus stops and the Gold Coast Highway, the main arterial road of the Gold Coast. A 800 m walk takes you to the Gold Coast beach, where you can enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze to the fullest.
