According to the latest REIQ data: as of the fourth quarter of last year, the rental vacancy rate on the Gold Coast fell again from 1.9% in the third quarter to 1.1%, making it one of the hardest areas to rent a home in all of Queensland.

The project is located in the Broadbeach area of the Gold Coast, right next to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre and closely connected to the Convention Centre. Downstairs you can walk directly to The Star Casino entertainment precinct, home to theatres, restaurants and bars. The project is also next to the light rail station, bus stops and the Gold Coast Highway, the main arterial road of the Gold Coast, and it is an 800 m walk to the Gold Coast beach where you can enjoy the sunshine and sea breeze.
